While I enjoy many forms of yoga, I specialize in vinyasa: the style I learned to lead during a 200-hour Yoga Alliance-certified Power Yoga Teaching certificate and 50-hour Power Yoga “Extensions” training program in Hawaii.
Even though dynamic “flow” is my forte, I like to keep yoga light-hearted and fun. I believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone, so I happily modify my instruction to fit personal preferences and physical needs.
Styles I teach and services I offer include:
- Hot power vinyasa, or “flow,” yoga
- Non-heated power vinyasa, or “flow,” yoga
- Gentle vinyasa, or “flow,” yoga
- Private instruction
- Business yoga (lunch breaks/after-work, etc., for employees)
- Indoor classes
- Outdoor yoga
- Beachfront yoga
- Community yoga
Where else I’ve taught:
- CorePower Yoga – Honolulu, Hawaii
- Kapiolani Medical Center for Women & Children – Honolulu, Hawaii
- The American University of Paris – Paris, France

Why did I become a yoga teacher?
I discovered yoga in high school. I’d experienced some health issues, so I found the practice extremely healing. Not only did yoga provide a physical release without competition, but I loved the communal aspect of practicing with others, while still being able to adjust the practice to your own needs, your own body.
I continued yoga throughout high school and college, experimenting with styles mentioned below and various schools of thought.
Primary styles practiced:
- Power Yoga*
- Gentle Yoga
- Vinyasa / “Flow” (Heated and Non-Heated)*
- Hot Power Fusion
